We select large, flawless bulbs with plump cloves, wrapped in tight, papery skins, ensuring firmness and smoothness, free from off-odors or tastes. Meticulous attention to size, maturity, and defect absence ensures uniformity and excellence. Our garlic boasts a dense root system, similar to onions and leeks, with 75% of its roots penetrating 20-25 cm into the soil, and some reaching down to 50 cm, depending on growth stages and soil conditions. This root system promotes efficient nutrient absorption, enhancing garlic's growth and health. We maintain high standards for packaging and labeling, guaranteeing at least 14 days of shelf life upon receipt, affirming our commitment to quality and safety.
